1. Introduction

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application
• Use this application for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission

• Since all processing is completed locally, we do not access, store, or use your content
• Your content is completely under your control and management

Our failure to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

9.4 Assignment

Without our written consent, you may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement.
